Changing Hearing Provider

Recipients of Free Hearing Services (Pensioners and Veterans)

If you currently receive free hearing services from another hearing provider and would like to receive these services from a Grayson-Riley Audiology hearing clinic you need to do the following:

  • Ring the Office of Hearing Services on 1800 500 726 and request relocation to Grayson-Riley Audiology.
  • The Office of Hearing Services will provide you with all the information you need.
  • Once you have received your letter from the Office of Hearing Services, call us on 07 3349 4588 so that we can make you an appointment and arrange the transfer of your file.

If you are a private client simply give Grayson-Riley Audiology a call on 07 3349 4588 to make an appointment.
