When Steve reluctantly accepted his first pair of hearing aids as a young boy, he had no idea that he would go on to develop a passion for understanding and improving hearing technology. Now with more than 30 years experience as a wearer of hearing aids coupled with a Masters in Audiology, Steve can find innovative and effective solutions to the most complex hearing loss problems. Natalie Pitman, Office Manager
When you first arrive at Grayson-Riley Audiology you will more than likely be greeted by Natalie’s friendly face. With more than 15 years experience in the Hearing industry, Natalie not only helps keep our Audiologist, Steve organised, but provides invaluable support to many of our clients as they learn to manage and maintain their new hearing devices.
Carmen Grayson-Riley, Practice Manager
They say that behind every successful man there is a very supportive and capable (and patient!) woman. Carmen works mostly behind the scenes of the clinic ensuring that things run smoothly, while juggling the lives of Levi & Jaspa, the children she shares with Steve.
